My pledge:  for the very low sum of only $40 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum, I will talk to you on the telephone in an attempt to "trouble-shoot" and repair your tanning bed service problem remotely.  I will diagnose your problem and offer solutions until it's resolved or I will send your money back, guaranteed.  I can solve most issues on the phone in the first hour (over 50%), and the for the real problems you an expect me to take the following action on your behalf:

  • I work 7 days per week and I'm available late at night and early when needed.
  • I will request the model number, date of manufacturer and how many lamps are in the tanning bed, stand up tanning booth, or spray tan booth.
  • I have tanning bed manuals for every type of tanning bed by all tanning bed manufacturers like ETS, Ergoline, Heartland, Puretan, American Quality, Sun Capsule, Planet Beach, Hollywood Tans, Mystic Tan, Magic Tan, and more.
  • Therefore, I will provide you with a digital copy pdf file "tanning bed manual", and schematics when available, on your particular model of tanning bed to save for future reference.  You will need to pay any fees required by copyright laws.
  • I will know exactly which parts distributor to call to save the most time and money for any tanning bed parts you may need to order.
  • I have been compiling a list of tanning bed mechanics in every major city for the past ten years and I will share their name with you when necessary.  I know the good guys and which bad guys to watch out for. 
  • I will brief the tanning bed technician I send to your salon or home and I will have the parts waiting for them when they get there, to save you money.
